Who We Are
Hi, my name is Tara and I am the owner of Go-Getters Inc. My goal in life & work is to make a positive difference in the lives of others. 
I am certified to teach first aid and CPR. I work in partnership with the Red Cross to deliver first aid courses with CPR/AED and safety education.
I am also certified to teach both land & aqua fitness classes. I have both provincial (AFLCA) and national (CALA) fitness instructor certifications plus over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.
Educating, motivating and inspiring others is what I enjoy and what Go-Getters Inc is all about.
We strive to make a positive difference by:
- promoting injury prevention, health & wellness.
- teaching first aid & CPR (giving people the confidence to deal with medical emergencies).
We use top-of-the-line equipment. The new Preston Mannequin more accurately simulates the head tilt & jaw lift (opening of the airway). The lights displayed on the shoulder also give students immediate feedback, whether CPR compressions are being done effectively.
For training purposes, we use the Defibtech AED (we also sell this AED). If used within the 1st three minutes of cardic arrest, a person's chance of survival improves 70%!
First aid, CPR & AED training is easy, because we have fun in the process. We deliver a quality education experience.
